Mediv Corp. (hereinafter "Mediv") places great importance to the protection of users' personal information and complies with personal information-related laws and protection guidelines, such as the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
Accordingly, Mediv establishes and discloses the following privacy policy pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect users' personal information and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.
Article 1 (Types of Personal Information Processed)
Mediv collects and processes the following personal information items.

- Telephone inquiries: Phone number, inquiry details
- Information automatically generated during internet service use: IP address, cookies, MAC address, service usage records, device information, visit history, location information
Article 2 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing)
Mediv processes personal information for the following purposes and is not used for any other purpose. If the purpose changes, separate consent will be obtained in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Email and Telephone inquiries: Response to user inquiries
- Visitor Management: In-house access control and records management
- Service improvement: Statistics and analysis to improve service quality and provide customized services
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
① Mediv processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information in accordance with laws or the period agreed upon by the information subject.
② The processing and retention period of personal information for each item is as follows.
- Email Inquiries: Up to 1 year after collection
- Telephone inquiries: Up to 1 month after collection
- Visitor Management: Retention for 1 year
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
Mediv does not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the information subject. However, it may be provided as an exception only in cases based on law.
Article 5 (Principles of collection and non-disclosure of sensitive information)
Mediv manages to prevent sensitive information from being disclosed while providing services, and takes non-disclosure measures without delay if requested by the information subject.
Article 6 (Destruction of Personal Information)
① Mediv destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of collection has been achieved or the retention period has expired.
② Information in electronic form is deleted in a way that makes recovery impossible, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
Article 7 (Rights of Information Subjects and Exercise Methods)
① The information subject may request Medivh to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of personal information at any time.
② Information subjects can exercise their rights in writing, via email, etc., and Medivh takes necessary measures without delay after receiving the request.
Article 8 (Personal Information Security Measures)
Mediv is implementing the following technical, managerial, and physical measures to ensure the safety of personal information.
- Establishment and implementation of internal management plan
- Minimization and control of personal information access rights
- Encryption of personal information
- Hacking and malware prevention measures
Article 9 (Cookie Usage and Rejection)
Mediv uses cookies to provide customized services, and users can reject cookie storage through browser settings. However, if you refuse cookies, you may have difficulty providing some services.

When Mediv additionally uses or provides personal information without the consent of the information subject, it carefully determines whether it meets the standards set by law in accordance with Article 15, Paragraph 3 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 14 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
① This policy may be revised according to changes in laws and internal policies.
